Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HRRE platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users including Buyers, Sellers, Agents, and Brokers.
2. The Platform
HRRE is a platform that connects real estate buyers and sellers with licensed agents and brokers through a time-based, hourly compensation model. HRRE is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate advice. All real estate services are provided by licensed professionals using the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use HRRE. Agents and Brokers must hold a valid real estate license in the state(s) in which they operate. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@hourlyraterealestate.com
5. Services and Bookings
Agents and Brokers list their services, availability, and hourly rates on the platform. Buyers and Sellers may browse and book those services directly. HRRE facilitates the connection and payment but is not a party to the service agreement between the user and the professional.
Hourly rates on the platform range from $175 to $1,250 per hour, set independently by each professional. HRRE does not set or guarantee specific rates.
6. Time Tracking and Billing
Time is logged by the Agent or Broker during active sessions. Clients review and approve logged hours before payment is processed. Disputed charges must be flagged within 48 hours of the session. HRRE reserves the right to review and resolve disputes at its sole discretion.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are set by each Agent or Broker and displayed at the time of booking. In general, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Late cancellations may result in a charge. HRRE is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. HRRE may collect a platform fee on transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Agents and Brokers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
9. License Verification
Agents and Brokers must upload a valid real estate license and government-issued ID as part of onboarding. HRRE uses third-party identity verification services to validate this information. Accounts found to have fraudulent or expired licenses will be suspended immediately.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or license status
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Solicit or accept payments outside of the platform to circumvent fees
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
11. Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews and ratings after completed sessions. Reviews must be honest and based on direct experience. HRRE reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or our community standards.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the HRRE platform is owned by HRRE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
13. Disclaimers
HRRE provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. HRRE is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any real estate service provided through the platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to HRRE in the 90 days preceding the claim.
15. Termination
HRRE may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at info@hourlyraterealestate.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
